How can the results of the CSTO summit held on 16 May in Moscow be assessed?

Why did Putin and Lukashenka fail to convince the leaders of the other countries in this organization to support Russia’s war in Ukraine?

Has Lukashenka remained Russia’s only real ally, and what price will he demand from the Kremlin for this status?
