The eighth session of the “Institutions and Politics” seminar (Political Sphere and Belarusian Collegium joint project) will take place on February 26 at 18:30-20:00.

Belarusian Collegium initiated the “European Union: Politics, Economy, Culture” educational programme with the support of the “Political Sphere” Institute (Belarus), public associations “Liberal Club” and “European Club” (Belarus), Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania) and the Institute of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (Lithuania).

Samuel Huntington’s classic text on comparative politics “Political Order in Changing Societies” (Huntington, Samuel, 1968. Political Order in Changing Societies) is planned for review and discussion.
