The eighth session of “Institutions and Politics” seminar to take place on February 26

The eighth session of the “Institutions and Politics” seminar (Political Sphere and Belarusian Collegium joint project) will take place on February 26 at 18:30-20:00. It is planned to review the classic text by Barrington Moore “Social Origins of Dictatorship and Democracy” (Moore, Barrington, 1966, Social Origins of Dictatorship and Democracy. Lord and Peasant in the Making of the Modern World) and debate on it.
