The “Political Sphere” research seminar operates as a space for professional communication and exchange of ideas in the study of politics, the improvement of methodology and strategies for analysing political processes. Research problem: Minsk is undergoing significant changes to its landscape: additional dense development, the development of new zones, the destruction of green areas and their replacement by commercial facilities. This has economic, environmental and social consequences (including spontaneous protests) and formulates new challenges that are proposed for analysis. Based on the results of the project “Minsk: A Green City”, 2012-2013.
