Preparation plan for the 6th International Congress of Belarusian Studies

We present the preparation plan for the Sixth Congress, which will take place on 7–9 October 2016 in Kaunas (Lithuania).

Announcement of the call for applications to establish sections and panels – 12 January 2016.

Deadline for applications – 20 March.

Determination of the preliminary list of sections – 1 April.

Deadline for individual applications – 20 May.

Determination of the final list of sections on the basis of individual applications – 1 June.

Distribution of participants by categories – by 15 June.

Sending individual invitations – by 30 June.

By 15 July, participants must confirm their participation.

Revision of the draft program by the organizing committee – by 10 August.

Proofreading and translation of the program – by 31 August.

Printing of the program – by 25 September.
