Kazakevich: “European politicians once again emphasized that they do not intend to change their position on Belarus”

Political scientist Andrei Kazakevich believes that the Vienna conference (https://gazetaby.com/post/venskaya-konferenciya-kak-v-evrope-reshayut-beloru/181319/) became another platform for discussing the Belarusian issue.
“It is very important that the Belarusian problem remains on the European agenda, so that it is not narrowed only to the issue of the migration crisis, because in recent weeks the focus has been only on that,” the political scientist noted in a brief comment to Solidarity. “The main outcome of the conference is that European politicians once again emphasized that they do not intend to change their position on Belarus.”

“It is impossible to completely avoid contacts between European countries and Belarusian official structures, because there are many current issues that need to be resolved.
