The book presents an important fragment of history: a time of the collapse and creation of new states, a time of political and cultural emancipation among the peoples of our region, a time of political and armed confrontation, but also of the intensive production of new political ideas and projects.

The Belarusian translation of the book is now available to a broad readership.

The publication appeared in the series “History of Political Ideas”, founded by the journal of political studies “Political Sphere” with the participation of the European Humanities University.
