A Seminar for Participation in the International PhD Programme for Belarus Will Take Place on September 11

On September 11, 2013, at 18:30, a consultation seminar will be held for those wishing to take part in the International PhD Programme for Belarus (http://phd.palityka.org/phd-news/nabor-phd-2013/).

The seminar will address issues related to formulating the concept of a PhD research project.
