Belarusian Students in Europe: Numbers, Countries and Trends
We present the study “Belarusian Students in Europe: Numbers, Countries and Trends”, published in the Palitsfera Working Papers series, No. 1/2026. The presentation examines changes in the number of Belarusian students abroad and the geography of their educational choices.
It focuses on Russia’s declining role, the growing appeal of Eastern Europe, and trends in Western and Northern European countries. The slides include the main findings and forecasts. The presentation is in Belarusian.
