The 9th International Congress of Belarusian Studies will be held in Kaunas, Lithuania, on October 1-3, 2021.

Preliminary plan of the Congress (will be updated in the announcements at this website)

1. Submission of fully-formed panel proposals: from February 1 to April 1, 2021.
2. Submission of nominations for the Congress Award: from February 10 to April 11, 2021.
3. Submission of individual contributions to the panels: from March 22 to May 17, 2021
4. Provision of accommodation and transportation allowances: by June 5, 2021
5. Definition of the final list of panels based on the collection of individual applications – by June 10, 2021.
6. Sending of individual invitations: by June 25, 2021. Confirmation of participation is needed by July 10, 2021.
7. Publication of the preliminary programme of the Congress: August 5, 2021.
