Presentation “Research on Privatization in Belarus: Conditions, Problems, Prospects”

The event will be held at 13 Kirova Street, Crowne Plaza hotel, “Qween” hall.
The opening of the event is expected to feature a presentation by invited expert Daniel Krutcina, managing director of the investment banking department at EnterInvest.
During the presentation, the results of two studies will be presented:
“Privatization in Belarus in 2011: Auction Results, Leading Actors, Social Consequences” (independent researcher Dzmitry Isayonak, Tatsiana Chyzhova and Lidziya Mikheeva, Political Sphere Institute).
“Privatization in the Republic of Belarus: Improving Conditions and Main Priorities” (Andrei Skryba, IPM Research Center).
The aim of these studies was to examine the process and outcomes of the privatization of large, medium-sized and small enterprises in Belarus, as well as to propose ways of addressing the problems that emerged during privatization.
The results and detailed reports on the work carried out and its components will be available on the websites http://www.belinstitute.eu, http://bppf.eu, https://palityka.org and http://research.by, and will also be published as a brochure.
