Konrad Adenauer Foundation Scholarships for Young Belarusian Professionals and Researchers
The Belarus office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation announces a scholarship competition for young Belarusian professionals and researchers. The scholarships are awarded for continuing studies at the master’s or doctoral level, or for conducting academic research at one of Germany’s universities in such fields as social and political sciences, economics, law, journalism, European studies and others (the fields are not limited to this list).
Scholarship candidates must have a good command of German, be no older than 30, have a high grade average in their school certificate and university diploma, and also be actively involved in the political and public life of Belarus.
To participate in the scholarship competition, a complete package of documents must be submitted by 31 July 2011. After the preliminary selection, the best candidates will be invited to take part in a selection seminar, which will take place in Vilnius in late September or early October 2011.
