30 June, at 18:00, a session of the public seminar of the Political Sphere Institute will take place in the courtyard of the Society for Humanitarian Technologies / Centre for Social Innovation.

The topic of the presentation is “Methods and Techniques for Analysing Public Speeches by Belarusian Politicians”.

The main speaker will be Andrei Kazakevich, Doctor of Political Science and Director of the Political Sphere Institute (Vilnius-Minsk, Lithuania-Belarus).

The seminar will discuss the properties of public speeches by the highest state officials of Belarus.

The seminar is held within the framework of the study “Speaking Liberalisation: Public Speeches and the Course of Belarusian Politics in 2008-2010”, carried out by the Political Sphere Institute with support from the Belarusian Public Policy Fund.
