Belarusian Collegium: discussion “Literature after Literature. The End of Belles-Lettres?” on 15 February 2015

On 15 February, as part of the “Poems on the Asphalt” festival, the Belarusian Collegium presents the discussion “Literature after Literature. The End of Belles-Lettres?”

The writer: thinker or showman? Network culture: a funeral for reading or an incubator of texts? Literariness: a disease of consciousness or a mark of quality? Seriality: a new game or a conveyor belt of emptiness? The reader: adapt to them or educate them?

And also everything you wanted to know about the devaluation of heroes, intellectuals in the hypermarket, verbal decadence, the fictionalisation of consciousness, the trade in authenticity, and philosophical striptease, but did not know whom to ask.
