Presentation of the book “Kastuś Kalinoŭski and the Nation-Building Process in Belarus” took place on 8 February

On 8 February 2016, the Lohvinau bookshop hosted a presentation of the book “Kastuś Kalinoŭski and the Nation-Building Process in Belarus”, prepared on the basis of a conference held in London in March 2014. Andrei Kazakevich, Director of the Political Sphere Institute, took an active part in the presentation, alongside other prominent scholars (Alies Smalianchuk, Alies Krautsevich, Iryna Dubianetskaya, Andruś Unuchak). The book also includes an article by Political Sphere Institute researcher Aliaksei Lastouski, devoted to the image of Kastuś Kalinoŭski in the collective memory of Belarusians.
