In 2015, the Warsaw East European Democratic Centre published a collective monograph "Civil Society in Belarus (2000-2015)". The editors of the monograph are Valier Bulhakaŭ and Aliaksej Lastoŭski, senior researcher at the Political Sphere Institute.
